HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER’S BEEN RECEIVED AND SENT?

You will receive an email from us as soon as the order is processed and a tracking number once it’s been dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked48 with Signature service for UK mainland delivery in 2-3 working days. For international delivery we use their International Tracked and Signed service for 3-5 working days delivery in Europe, and 5-7 working days outside of Europe.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR THE RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?

Yes we use a tracking and signature process for every order.

DO YOU OFFER A CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE?

Yes, we are based in Soho, London W1, a few minutes from both Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus tube stations. Select this option at checkout.
