Delivery, Post & Packing

Fleet London uses the Royal Mail or DHL for deliveries worldwide. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.

UK: Free shipping on all orders. Delivery should normally take 2 business days and a signature for receipt will be required.

EU and EEA: Free shipping on all orders over €150. There is a charge of €20 on smaller orders. Delivery should normally take 2-4 business days and you will receive a tracking number for your order when it is dispatched. Fleet dispatches to the EU on a "delivery duty paid" basis so no further charges should be payable upon receipt.

Japan: Free shipping on orders over ¥20000, a fee of ¥2000 is applicable on smaller orders. Delivery should normally take 4-5 business days and a signature for receipt will be required. Fleet London cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties nor local sales taxes payable locally, and import consumption tax and other charges may be payable upon receipt of the order. We therefore offer 10% off to all of our Japan-based customers, use code Japan10 at checkout.

Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over £120, a fee of £15 is applicable on smaller ordersDelivery should normally take 4-5 business days and a signature for receipt will be required. Fleet London cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties nor local sales taxes payable locally. We therefore offer 10% off to all of our customers based outside of Europe and Japan, use code World10 at checkout.

 

Returns

Fleet London will offer a full refund or exchange for your order or any part thereof if we receive a return from you within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Please note that shirts must be in their original and unworn condition and with barcodes intact. With respect to boxer shorts, given the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if they are in the original and unopened packaging.

Fleet London will refund the cost of return postage on any exchange ( in full or in part ), and Fleet London will also refund the cost of return postage if the goods supplied were not those ordered or if they were faulty, but not in the case of other returns.

Fleet London cannot accept responsibility for any return package until it is received by us and so we strongly recommend that returns are sent to back to us using a “signed for service” or “tracked delivery” postage service, both available from, for example, the Royal Mail, and that you retain a proof of postage.
